Delivery policy
The ordered products are delivered using the delivery method and term chosen by you when placing the order. The products are in the original, sealed, manufacturer's packaging or can be opened for checking and additional packaging. They are insured throughout the transport, until delivery.
Deliveries are made both by our own couriers and by specialized courier companies.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 09:00 - 17:00.
The rates for the delivery of orders in Cluj-Napoca are as follows:
FREE at your office - if the value (including VAT) exceeds 599 RON;
Transport cost automatically calculated in the basket - VAT included
The cost of the transport includes the unloading of the materials within the limit of 50 Kg product from the car and 5 meters from the van carrying out the transport.
The products will be delivered in front of the building / courtyard and the cost of transport does not include their carriage to the floor or to the door of the apartment.
The rates for the delivery of orders in other localities for parcels are as follows:

The products can be delivered within a minimum interval of 2 hours and a maximum of 30 days, from the moment when all the details of the order (payment method, delivery term, stocks, prices) have been confirmed by one of the ideapeck operators. EN
You have the right to check if you received exactly what you ordered!
With us, you pay after you open the package and make sure that you have received the ordered product, in perfect condition. The "Opening the package upon delivery" service is available for products sold and shipped by ideapack.ro and is valid for both individuals and legal entities.
How does the service work?
When you receive the order, you can ask the courier to open the package to check the condition of the product/products.
This service only offers you the possibility to check if the product is in perfect condition, not the possibility to technically check (test/try) the product.
If, after opening the package, you find that the ordered product is not in perfect delivery condition and shows signs of impact, scratches or other aesthetic problems, we recommend that you refuse the order. In order to refuse the order, you must complete a report of findings, in the presence of the courier, at the time of delivery. The report can no longer be completed after the courier has left.
If you paid the order online and after opening the package you decided to return the product, the amount paid online will be returned to the account from which you made the payment, as soon as possible.
In the case of orders containing several products, if after opening the package(s) upon delivery you find that one of the products is not in perfect condition and you decide to refuse it, the procedure involves the return of the entire order, implicitly of all delivered products.
Who pays for the transport?
In case of refusal of the parcel through the "Opening the parcel upon delivery" service, the transport charges do not have to be paid by the buyer.
CAREFUL! - If the received product has a physical defect (hit, scratched, cracked, chipped, broken) we recommend that you refuse the delivery. If you still accepted the package, we recommend you not to use the product and to inform us of the situation within 24 hours of delivery, by any method (email, phone). Any subsequent notification will not be resolved positively.
